On the way out of town the day before Thanksgiving I got sick with the flu. We were 20 mins out of town and I asked Allen to take me home. I came home and he took the kids on the family vacation. I was glad that I was able to sleep in a quiet house while I was recovering. Allen had fun with his family and the kids. Although I was lonely on Thanksgiving day. Next year we will be together.
That's no good. No fun to have the flu, expecially being pregnant AND on Thanksgiving! I'm sorry you had to miss that. Hope your feeling better!
